Hello all!!

This is the second year that we have had the privilege to perform as Sask Talent!!  We are very excited to bring you a new song that we wrote together during TeleMiracle 48 called “The TeleMiracle Blues’!

You may or may not know that funds raised by Sask Talent are matched by Nutrien, up to $10,000. Last year we raised over $12,000 dollars, so this year we are aiming for $15,000! This, of course, turns into $30,000 for the amazing Kinsmen Foundation.

Terri was a Zone Representative on the Kinsmen Foundation Board, so she has experienced the full circle of TeleMiracle and the Kinsmen Foundation. It is a very humbling experience to be able to help those in need. To hear firsthand the emotion of an applicant when they have received funding is the most rewarding experience. Needless to say, there are lots of tears shed.

The funds raised can help with equipment varying from a walker to a standing powerchair. Equipment like this improves an individual’s mobility and quality of life. The Kinsmen Foundation also provides travel assistance to those who require medical treatment outside their home community.
